Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing includes quality checks, packaging, and handover to our courier / logistics partner.

Delivery Time Frame

  • Once the order is processed, delivery will take a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 15 days from the date of order processing (i.e., from the day the order is dispatched).

  • Please note: this timeframe applies to standard shipping within the serviceable regions.

  • In rare cases (such as remote locations, public holidays, logistic delays, or force majeure events), delivery may take slightly longer. We will inform you in such cases.

Shipping Regions & Charges

  • We currently ship within [specify regions/countries, e.g. “within India” or “across India and to select international locations”].

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • For orders exceeding [insert free-shipping threshold, if any], we offer free shipping within eligible zones.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email (or SMS) containing a tracking number / link so you can monitor progress.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update from the courier’s system.

Multiple Shipments

  • In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments (for example, if items are dispatched from different warehouses).

  • You will receive tracking information for each parcel.

Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages

  • The courier will usually make 1–3 delivery attempts at your address.

  • If undelivered due to absence, an attempt will be made to leave it at a nearby safe location or hand it to your neighbor (as per courier practice).

  • If the package remains undelivered and is returned to us, you may be required to cover re-shipping charges or pick it up from a courier center, depending on the case.

Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and other delivery instructions are correct at checkout.

  • If you notice an error or need to make a change before dispatch, contact us immediately at danirasaexports@gmail.com or 89399-16001.

  • Once the shipment has been dispatched, changes may not always be possible; such requests will be handled subject to courier policy and availability.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

  • For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional brokerage fees.

  • Danirasa is not responsible for customs clearance delays or extra charges imposed by local authorities.

Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact our support team within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date, providing photos and relevant order/parcel details.

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier and take necessary action (refund, replacement, etc.) in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
