All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing includes quality checks, packaging, and handover to our courier / logistics partner.
Once the order is processed, delivery will take a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 15 days from the date of order processing (i.e., from the day the order is dispatched).
Please note: this timeframe applies to standard shipping within the serviceable regions.
In rare cases (such as remote locations, public holidays, logistic delays, or force majeure events), delivery may take slightly longer. We will inform you in such cases.

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update from the courier’s system.
In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments (for example, if items are dispatched from different warehouses).
You will receive tracking information for each parcel.
The courier will usually make 1–3 delivery attempts at your address.
If undelivered due to absence, an attempt will be made to leave it at a nearby safe location or hand it to your neighbor (as per courier practice).
If the package remains undelivered and is returned to us, you may be required to cover re-shipping charges or pick it up from a courier center, depending on the case.
Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and other delivery instructions are correct at checkout.

Once the shipment has been dispatched, changes may not always be possible; such requests will be handled subject to courier policy and availability.
For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional brokerage fees.
Danirasa is not responsible for customs clearance delays or extra charges imposed by local authorities.
If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact our support team within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date, providing photos and relevant order/parcel details.
We will initiate an investigation with the courier and take necessary action (refund, replacement, etc.) in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
